If you’re looking for the Paxton company that provides internet, phone and cable, you probably want Conxxus. I’ve been using them for years and highly recommend their service. If you ever need tech support, it’s top notch and customer service is super. Go for the triple play…phone, internet, TV for $89/month.
The bad news is you’ll be stuck with a goofy email address… yourname@conxxus.com. Good luck giving that to anyone and actually receiving mail (because they misspelled it).

If I could, I would give them 0 star. I was so stupid to trust them and paid in advance. So when I ended my service with them and turned my equipments in Oct of 2008, I had 3 month worth of credit on my account. They have not return this money to me yet and it has been 3 month!!! The representatives you call at 217-379-2026 are very nice and friendly, but they can’t make any decisions. So I tried to contact the head quart at the 877 number, no one answers the phone and no one returned any of my calls even though I left numerous messages. I am very disappointed with their service and i would not recommend them to anyone.
