I was so stupid to trust them and paid in advance. So when I ended my service with them and turned my equipments in Oct of 2008, I had 3 month worth of credit on my account. They have not return this money to me yet and it has been 3 month!!! The representatives you call at 217-379-2026 are very nice and friendly, but they can't make any decisions. So I tried to contact the head quart at the 877 number, no one answers the phone and no one returned any of my calls even though I left numerous messages. I am very disappointed with their service and i would not recommend them to anyone. If I could, I would give them 0 star. I was so stupid to trust them and paid in advance.
